To help you understand more about our approach to Adult Social Care, here is summary of our outlook, goals and services.
Our Better Lives programme introduces a new way of working to improve outcomes for residents, and to address demographic and economic pressures.
This fresh approach will ensure individuals are empowered to be independent and are made aware of how their strengths can help them maintain this independence.
To achieve this, we believe it is important to work closely with community service providers and other professionals, including Ealing Hospital and local GPs.
“The London Borough of Ealing is an ambitious, diverse and vibrant place to work, and through our Social Care services, we are developing new and sustainable ways to support people.
“By living and breathing our agreed values and Better Lives approach, we are constantly focussed on ensuring Ealing residents can live happy, healthy and independent lives.
“We are working to ensure we have the best teams in place by recruiting to vacant posts and building the collective skills and experience of our teams through our training and professional development strategies.
“For new recruits we cannot promise it will be easy. However, we can guarantee you will be well-supported and encouraged to make the best of your skills and experience.”
