Welcome to our recruitment microsite for people interested in working in our children’s and adults’ services. As you will see, it is an exciting time to be part of our organisation.
Future Ealing is a Council-wide programme intended to focus intensively on things that will make the biggest difference to people’s lives.
It is about what we want the borough to look like in the future, how we need to work to deliver that vision, and making the very best use of our resources.
Currently we have two major transformation programmes in the department. Here is a brief description of each:
Carolyn Fair, Director of Children and Families, oversees our Brighter Futures programme, which is transforming the way we deliver social care services to children and their families. So far, this initiative has secured encouraging early results.
Kerry Stevens, Director of Adults Services, leads our Better Lives transformation programme, which seeks to build on service users’ strengths and enable them to live happy, healthy and independent lives.
Our focus is on making a real difference to the safeguarding and wellbeing of children and adults in order to secure positive outcomes and tangible benefits.
Furthermore, as a Teaching Partnership we are ambitious to ensure our staff have excellent opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills.
If you are passionate and committed to working in social care, we hope you will apply to join us.
